Head Teachers blog w/c 25th November 2019
This week has been a joy to be at Gunthorpe as classes start getting ready for our Christmas festivites. The stage has gone up and rehersals for nativity begun, the juniors are learning Christmas songs from around the world and sounding beautiful. We had a fantastic stay and read event with lots of families joining us to share a book on Thursday. Junior 2 had a fantastic trip to the National Holocaust Centre were they all demonstrated such respect and asked such intelligent, mature questions. Mr Tyler, Mrs Dewick and myself were incredibly proud of them. Incase you aren't already in the festive mood we have the Gunthorpe Christmas light switch on tonight with a lantern walk and carols in the church. I do hope you will join us there.
