Today our whole school thought about what spirituality means to us. We used the imagery of a window, door, mirror and candle to help us understand it better and all of our children took part in a range of spiritual activities including:

* clearing our gardening area to create a reflection garden in the  autumn

* making peace malas - bracelets to help us think about unity 

* Designing a peace garden

* self portraits to help us reflect on our own talents and abilities

All the children really engaged in the activities and It was a wonderful, calming and thoughtful day.
