Thy Kingdom Come

This week sees the launch of Thy Kingdom Come at Gunthorpe- this global prayer initiative sees Christians from all denomications coming together to pray for God's Holy Spirit to come.  

In our Junior assembly we watched this launch video https://youtu.be/3k3pIwVqisA to find out more about it. The chidlren then created prayer flowers for 5 people they will be thinking about and trying to support this week.

In our Infant assembly we have been watching the Cheeky Panda videos designed for younger children.  Today we looked at the Duck award and thought about how we can pray when we are happy and when we are sad.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LPUT00I7tZg 

We have a range of exciting outside prayer activites that will be set up in the outdoor classroom all week for the children to enjoy.
